Florence joined us after McLean died. Despite hating the show ring, Flo had a successful show career with several Group wins. The highlight was her going Best in Show at the South Island Whippet Club's Championship show under Mrs Jessie McLeod (Peperone Whippets, UK).

She is a keen racing dog but her love is to hunt rabbits.

At 14 years old, Flo is still going strong!

Flo has produced two litters. Her first litter was under the 'Belge' kennel name in 1996. The second was co-bred with Gloria Goble of Whillo B Whippets under our joint kennel name of Gowyth. We kept two bitches from this litter and we have great hopes for them in the future.
