From Flo's first litter, the only bitch was retained. Norah Batty had a short but very successful show career. She won numerous in Group and in Show awards including Best and Reserve Best of Group wins and was a multi Whippet Club in Show winner. She was Runner-Up Whippet of the Year 1996 after only 7 months of showing! Norah was also shaping up to be a very keen and fast racing dog but died prematurely of immune-mediated hemolytic anaemia. She is sorely missed.
